I HAVE AN AIRTEL PHONE /BROADBAND CONNECTION ACCOUNT NUMBER 11701293. I WANT THIS DISCONNECTED SO I VISITED AIRTEL OFFICE ON 23 MAY 2014 IN AHMEDABAD AND PAID MY FULL DUES – I GAVE THEM A LETTER IN PERSON FOR DISCONNECTION WHICH THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT INITIALLY, BUT AFTER I PAID THE BILL THEY ACCEPTED. THEY KEPT RINGING ME AGAIN AND AGAIN AND TELLING ME THE CONNECTION WILL BE TERMINATED BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I HAVE TOLD THEM I WILL PAY NO FURTHER BILLS BECAUSE I KNOW THEY WILL SEND A BILL. THIS COMPANY IS FOLLOWING UNJEALTHY PRACTICES. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A COMPLAINT NUMBER 46183902. PLESAE LET ME KNOW WHICH IS THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY TO WHOM ONE MUST COMPLAIN FOR GETTING THE CONNECTION TERMINATED.
