DigitalGateway.in Scammed Me and Took My Money. No delivery.

I hope if you are landing on this page and watching this page right now. You didn’t buy any product from digitalgateway.in or Digital Gateway which also operates another company with name digital punjab at digitalpunjab.in

This company is a complete fraud. I reached this company to purchase JustDial Data Extractor software. And then, he sold me WhatsApp marketing service also with a combo special offer of facebook marketing and indiamart software at a good price as promised i.e. 20, 000INR saying that all the software will be supported by the company and provided prompts update all free of cost.

But, then once the money got transfered in his bank account details as follows:

This guy just vanished off. Nor did I get the software except JustDial Data Extractor which he also called JustDial Lead Extractor. But, also he stopped ignoring and disconnecting my calls after me repetitively following up with him from my phone number.

But, then I asked my friend to call from his number and check with this guy. And he was selling him the software with same confidence and script.

I recorded the call and went to the police station for registering a case of 420 against this guy. But, the police said that they don’t have evidence through call recording and you have to prove with a bill or email communication as a proof. Which I didn’t had any because this guy never did any!

Whether this guy tries to sell you IndiaMart Data Extractor, or WhatsApp marketing software or service, or JustDial Data Extractor. Never ever purchase anything from him. because this company is operating a fraud scam.

When I looked online further if this happened to other people also. I found some more complaints here at Mouthshut.com and found their are other victims who were scandalize by this same company.

Now, it’s been 15 days since I have been trying to get the software or my money back. But, this guy says bad words on the phone and hangs up the phone.

Please don’t buy from DigitalGateway.in they are the worst company to do any kind of business.
