Through www.seventymm.com, I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on 19th of June and I got confirmation of parcel dispatch from seventymm on 2nd of July.
I got my parcel after so many days. I checked the product. Frankly speaking the product was looking even good, while the same looks awesome, while seeing on T.V.
First of all, no one should believe on the online portals.
After checking the product, i returned the same on 4th of July and waited for there response.
I informed them that the product has been couriered from my side, with the courier tracking ID.
They informed me that i have been refunded for the same product and they will send a cheque through the courier.
None of them informed me about the Courier tracking ID until i ask for the same.i got to know that it has been dispatched via overnite express courier agency and will reach within 7-10 days.
On tracking the courier ID no. from www.overnitenet.com, it shows that the courier has been dispatched to the required destination.
But today is 29th July and till now i didn’t get my cheque.
And seventymm didn’t take this as their responsibility of looking into this matter seriously.
Their customer support number is chargeable and one should have to waste a lot of money on call if they have any issue.
And after that you will receive an auto-generated e-mail for the follow on your e-mail (if sent any), stating that “You will get a call from our side within 24 hrs.”
And seriously they are waste people, nobody calls and the issue remain pending. I didn’t get any resolution from seventymm.
Who knows, they can have a mutual understanding with Overnite courier agency for misplacing the parcels or specifically the refunded cheques.
I would request you to please look into this issue.
