DIDNOT GET THE TALKTIME SHOWN IN WEBSITE

Name of company/service: RELIANCE COMMUNICATION

I have done a online recharge of Rs. 500 top up for the no- 9321923010(reliance CDMA). According to the website, it offers Rs. 575 core talk time and 3% additional talk time , total – Rs.590. But I got only Rs.515. When I contacted the customer care, they told that a complaint has been taken and a sms will be received regarding the details and will be resolved within 48 hrs. Later when i enquired, no complaint was registered and i have been told that the talk time is 500 showing in our system, where as in the website it is showing 575.
