This is to inform that I had deposited Rs.3000/- as Security Deposit on Airtel under PCO Connection No. 08041144064. The connection disconnected by them on 13.09.2011 abruptly saying that technical problem. After that they have not given any response on my complaint and raised issue with them and told that this treated tobe as cancelled and refund my security deposit. They assured and refund the same after 45 days. Till today they have not refund my deposit amount of Rs.3000/- and now sayig that the amount adjusted towards their bills, this is nothing but cheating. They have not given any supporting document on this adjusted amount. Therefore, kindly request your goodself to look into this, and i hope i am getting justice and will get back my security deposit.
