Dear sir,
I had purchased a samsumg air conditioner 1.5 AS/82BBFNSTL on dtd 02.06.12 bill. no. 11013 from deler M/S Shiva traders, Near Bus stand Hamirpur, HP of amount Rs. 30000.00. On dtd. 05.06.2012 said Air conditoner stopped working because of some manufacturing issue. complaint was lodged with dealer on same day via telecom, but no response got till 07.06.2012. On dtd 07.06.2012 I lodged complaint with samsung customer care (Complaint no. 8489131460). After continous effort with samsung customer care, till date not got any response from the company. I bought said Air conditioner in month of June for business purpose, but as the AC was worked for only for 3 days after purchase, I suffered with business loss.
Request you to pls look into the issue as soon as possible, as the purpose of the purchasing an AC for the summer not resolved.
