Dental services not rendered properly

I take my daughter for Orthodontic treatment (for Braces) to Vasan Dental care since June 2014. The treatment has been going well till Dr. Mithali was treating my
daughter. The whole thing went way down hill after that . We have been forced to take treatment from 3 different doctors so far who also subsequently left the care. This was also not informed prior to us and they changed doctors without any consent or notice to us and the doctor’s that took over were clueless regarding the patients history and their treatment was haphazard.

We could not switch the treatment to a different care either as they collected the 30,000 in advance.

Now we are again left without any doctor and neither the care called us to fix an appointment as the doctor who was seeing us is also leaving. same story again. The admin staff are also very harsh and unprofessional and have a cold attitude with the old patients whenever we address or bring up this issue.

Kindly help us to resolve this or want the money back
