CHANGE OF PLAN WITH ANY REQUEST/INFORMATION

Dear Sir,

I have a Reliance WLL hello phone number 0261-3244498 in the name of Shailesh Jain.
I have many times tried to contact the customer care but they always provide some alternate number to register the request which does not exist.

I somehow registered request no. 239751688 13/11 3:58pm in Reliance Communications postpaid customer care for reversal of charges.
But request is not resolved.
I have been charged on Reliance phone calls from 22/10/2015 which should be free as per my plan before.

My plan is of rental Rs. 249 which is for Reliance to Reliance Free in Gujarat and Rs. 149 Talktime.

But in Mid of october month they have changed my plan to Rs. 249 which is for no reliance to reliance free with out any information and my request. So I have recieved excess bill of Rs. 385 due to calls on Reliance Phone.So request you to change my plan to the old Rs. 249 as I am old customer from last 10 years and have not taken any new connection.
If there was any change in policy for plan change then they should have informed the customer or disconnected the WLL phone instead of changing the plan without prior information.

So request you to provide waiver and reversal of money that was charged due to change in plan.
Please also change my plan to the old plan of Rs. 249. As there has never been a change in plan schemes before by the operators without notice in WLL/Landline for old customers.
If plan scheme is changed then it is applicable to new customer connections.

Please provide waiver and reversal of money for the bill of month of october 2015 and november 2015 and change my plan to the old plan as before.

Please do the needful and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
