Demage Micromax LED TV received from Snapdeal

I purchased Micromax LED 32″ TV from Snapdeal, but when we received (1st May 2013)that time my were going to 15 days picnic so they did not checked courier and Blue Durt delivery people told that they will not check product, snapdeal people will come to check but no body come and when I came for vacation to India (Baroda on 17th May 2013) so I open TV parcel and I found TV screen was damage from inside so I contact snapdeal and lodge complaint (no 2164032) and send pix of Damage TV screen and contact micromax customer care, now b both are complaining each other and they did not rectified my TV till today
