Dell company is not replacing my laptop speaker which is under warranty

I took a Dell laptop on 5th july 2013 and now one speaker is not working properly. So that I call them thrice but they said that it is not replaceable. We can’t do anything. And they says that replace it as your own.But my laptop is under worranty. How can they say like that? I want justice so please help me.
