DELIVERY OF WRONG ITEM AND NO COMPENSATION FOR FAULT

Upon receiving the delivered item Morphy Richards Café Express Coffee Maker, I was surprised to note that the item delivered is not the item shown in the ad on their site and is inferior to what has been shown on web site. This is unethical & amounts to cheating with the customer.

Despite my pursuance with the customer care of the web site since 19/12/12, i have not been compensated with either replacement or the difference of cost of both the items.

I appeal to customers to be beware of indiatimes shopping.
