Delivery of Damaged product twice

I had purchased An ACCU CHEK GLUCOMETER Blood sugar testing machine from snapdeal online in the last week of November’14. I received the product in the first week of december’14. But it was a physically damaged and the test strip box seal was open. I complained about it and then it was taken back after i mailed images of the product.I was given an assurance that this time i will not have any complain. But again i received the same set of product this time also on 18th december’14.

Till date, no action has been taken by the snapdeal people although i have emailed them the images of the product as desired by them.

And now after so many phone calls and emails sent by me, i only get to hear that the backoffice people are working on it. Now after waiting for such a long time, i have purchased the product from the local market.
Hence need a refund of the amount paid in SD cash i.e. snapdeal cash account.

Sub- complain about sell phone purchase from snap deal
Sir,
I am the resident of this city new delhi.i have purchase sell phone(i – new v8 )this date 1-1-2015 from the snapdeal webside it” s cost is 16000 .they also gave one year guarantee buy purchasing.snapdeal ensure me about the quality of the sell phone, but i found the many defects in their sell phone like, battery backup is so bad& camera is not a good quality & not working in double sim..i am not satisfied from this sell phone.so, i want get my money back as soon as possible because it’ s useless for me.i requested you take action against snapdeal web side & help me.
