Auto cancellation of order

I placed an order for moto g2 on 31st december with the exchange offer, it was to be delivered on 1 st jan. In the morning i recieved a message that my order was cancelled. I called customer care, they said that the order was cancelled due to system error and now i have to place a fresh order without the exchange offer. Then yesterday (2nd jan), they called me and said they will place a order and i will have to give the price with exchange offer but today (3rd jan), when the phone was to be delivered, the delivery guy called me and asked me whether i was at home or not and told me that i have to pay the price without the exchange offer. Then i called customer care, they told me that i have to pay the price without exchange offer. I mean, first you say that you are placing an order with exchange offer, then on the day of delivery, you say that i have to pay the price without exchange offer. Please tell me once that i have to pay the price with exchange offer or without exchange offer.
