I ordered a ‘Micromax’ mobile phone from the site ‘flipkart’ (www.flipkart.com) and it was delivered to me on 11th of July but the phone was not working at all. I complaint to the flipkart to look into my concern and they asked for 3-5 days after one week I again wrote an e-mail and agin they asked for the same. Since then it has been more than 35 days and they did nothing except asking for more time. What I feel like being cheated and had to suffer a lot due to this because I couldn’t buy next mobile as they were saying to repalce it (no money refunding). I just want you sir to take strict action against flipkart and if possible let me make everyone aware about this strategy of flipkart through social networking and other mediums.
