   I have same complait rcom gave only 510.30Mb in rs-123 its a big fraud.

   Rajat sir i check on google and found that rcom gave only 0.5gb many costmer complait and my own expirence rcom play a game. Me sirf itna kahna chahta hu ke hamare sath cheating ki gaye h

   As per new 3G plan of reliance gsm, they offers 1GB 3G data in Rs.123 So I did recharged my sim card of reliance for 123. But I just received 510MB data in my sim card, and not full 1GB data. 510MB is just half of 1GB. For this issue i made many complains and requests in reliance customer care department. But they are really not interested to solve customer’s problems.

   i recharged two time but both time i didn’t received my balance 510mb

   This Rs. 123 3G Data Recharge is the biggest fraud from reliance telecom. I have done about 7 recharges in the past 3-5 months only to get half the data amount and get to the customer care executive where there is a remote chance that you get to speak to them, only hearing for hours, “please stay on line. Our customer care executives will attend to you shortly”. Only once I was successful in talking to them and they registered my complaint. Today I recharged Rs. 123 3G data plan to get 510.03 MB again. I am totally at such a loss for trusting in this company as I have no option in the place where I live as there are no other 3G service providers. I will post this in every consumer forum so that people know about this fraud. Please note that after 48 hours, they don’t accept your complaint if your recharge was done more than 48 hours ago. If the customer care executives want to get back to me, here are the details below. If they help me and assure me that they rectify this problem in future recharges of customers, then only I will post an acknowledgement.
