This is to inform you that i have purchased a Philips Home Theater (DVP3618+DSP2600) from Royal Images (Website royalimages.in)Billing Address M/S Aasaan Retail Pvt Ltd, New No. 13/Old No. 21, Plot No. 8 VOC Colony, First Street, Aminijikarai Chennai-600029 Customer service No. 044-28360151, Invoice No. HDFC/100459, Date 26.02.2013 CST NO. 960189 DT. 22.11.11, ORD NO. 304355, Airway Bill C06450685 through HDFC Bank Credit Card. When I recieved our consinement and instaled it i found that it was not working properly, there was some technical problem. I complained to philips service center (Bharat Enterprises R-9/52-D, Near Vardaan Chowk Raj Nagar Ghaziabad – Phone 0120-4138682 Mobile No. 9911676789) Complaint No. 1EKC4XMH but there is not any progress going on after 18 days. Today 20.03.13 when i agained called to Philips service center they have given me another no. of Mr. Bhupendra 9711998867 and i was asked that talk to Bhupendra he is area incharge.
Dear Sir/Mam it is very difficult to follow up with these people.
Need your kind intervention and help me.
