3G covrage is not available/working

Location/place: indore

Name of company/service: reliance

I purchased a 3G postpaid connection plan Rs.750/- from reliance at the time of connection purchasing sells man was came at my home and told me that in this area coverage of reliance 3G is too good but after purchase still I am unable to get speed more than 40 to 70 kbps. There is no fixed customer care number to give proper response maximum no are always show wrong.there is no buddy ready to solve the problem. Please help
