Delayed Service with no reasonable response from Xolo

I purchased a Xolo Q900 mobile 5 months back. I encountered a problem( mobile got dead, Reason: Battery Dead) within 3 months also there occurs a minor scratch on the screen which is of less concern for me. I went to their Kalra associates, 635/17 Shivaji Nagar , Khandsa Road , Gurgaon which charged me with Rs. 6500 for fake problems he found, then i Visited to their another service centre in kalkaji, JMV Technosol who charged Rs.1500 for the screen change and as the mobile was in warranty so the Dead battery will be replaced free.

Its almost 50 days that i had submitted my Mobile to the service center but they have not repaired it yet even they do not have any answer when they can repair it and provide it to me. Service center (after a rigorous follow up) informed that it was delayed by company, also they extended the amount for repair to Rs. 2100 almost 7 days before(That also for no reason) the customer care do not have any no. of any authorized manager for complaints from the back 30 days they are putting my request on priority but no result yet. I got the no. of Area Service manager Named Chandan Mobile No.-09560394003 , he attended me twice with no proper explanation and answer of this delay and present status of my mobile. He also committed to give my mobile latest by 09/07/2014, but now he is also not picking up my no.
There is no one who can truly inform the status of mobile, I warned them many times that i will put the complaint on Consumer forum but they are taking it too lightly.
They haven’t given me any alternate mobile for use, I took my friends mobile mine got repairede. But i m really got frustrated with their service and no response . I have to follow every day but i didnt get the logical answer.
Kindly look into matter I have all documents the Job sheet dated 23rd May 2014. and mobile bill.
I am really screwed by their service and no logical status of my mobile.
