cheating on name of AMC

I had a fully automatic whirlpool washing machine which was covered under AMC cost 2605 rs. When my machine got problem the engineer visited and told me that pcb is not working and he took the pcb. After one day he came and told machine needs to send to service center and again he charged 800 rs. After 4 days i got unrepaired machine back and told that machine could not be repaired. your AMC amount and 800 will be refunded back. It is incident of APR month. Since then i am following but did not get any money.
