Delay of sim Activation

I have purchased reliance jio sim(mob n.o-7009258030) on 24-8-2016 from :- Mobile Zone
Near-Sunny Hotel
Batala. (143505)
It has not activated til 29-8-2016.
I have submitted correct proof to retailer..
My requst to forum is to take my complaint seriosly and take action against company or Retailr whoever is guilty
