My name is Aditya Monga, I had Deposited my Micromax A63 canvas fun phone to the service center Rapid Communication in Ganesh Nagar on Nov 8th 2014 with the job sheet number N030684-1114-13237890 for the toulch to be repaired and was told to wait for 10-15 days but its been 40 days where in I have not received my phone back and i have been regularly contacting them via phone and just getting to know the status ‘Awaiting Parts’ and they are still asking me to wait for 15-20 more days, I am not able to understand the concern that why is it taking so much of time and now I am very pissed off with this, I dont even know what should I do to get my phone back, requesting here with a hope that I will get my phone back asap. Thank You
