Dear Sir/Madam
As I recap I visited your vodafone mini store located at Near Alambagh
Bust Stand Lucknow (U.P.) on 25/11/2014 about 12.00-1.00 p.m after
getting an email form your side about 11.45 a.m.regarding my earlier
request and followed the instructions given by present executives at
such vodafone mini store..One of the executives present on counter
no.3 dealt the matter and after doing something on his computer he
told that he has done needful activities regarding same and told that
conversion of data plan 650 from to voice plan 899 has been completed
by him.Unfortunately at present I can not recap his name exactly.
Despite you may do required steps and I would like to request you to
do so for resolving the refereed issue in customer welfare.
