Dear Sir,
We booked 2 boxes containing UPS and Battery to Chennai from Bangalore srirampuram branch on 29/03/2013. (GCN NO:000092475).
On 2nd our customer received only the Battery and Still now my customer not received the UPS. We called srirampuram branch in charge (8861944347) and there is no proper response. He gave Mr. Narayanan Number (9449596262) to contact and there also no proper response. Again he gave Mr. venkatesh number (9448496084) to contact and there also the same response. Then we finally contacted the Bangalore chamrajpet office number (26604317) and we told our problem and they gave Mr. Martyn number (9449596143). Mr Marty also gave false response.
From 30/03/2013 we followed so many numbers and we spent more than 300 rupees for phone call and apart from we spent our valuable time to follow the material dispatch. There is no even single courtesy call from your company side to tell about the exact status of our material and our customer lost hope in our commitment. Personally I suffered lot of mental tension. So kindly do the needful.
