Delay in service leading to serious loss to study

Name of company/service: HCL

I had given annual maintenance contract of my laptop to HCL infosystem pvt ltd.
The laptop is from same company HCL. It is HCL icon L74. Company promised me to provide maintenance for one year. I trusted them as they were maker of laptop. I had registered my complaint as my fan stopped working. I lodged my complaint on 25/05/2013. Today it is 28/06/2013. I have not been able to get my laptop. Everytime i call customer care they tell me to wait for 2 days. I had called the customer care more than 10 times. But evertime i get the same reply. I want my job to be done. And if they can’t do that then nobody will be able to the job as the laptop is HCL product. Please help me to get the job done or replace the laptop.

It caused a serious loss to my study, for last 1 month i am unable to study. my placement exams are going to start from 15th july, but i have wasted my whole holiday in waiting for laptop. Who will return my valuable time?
