Complainst against Micromax Mobiles

Hi Team,

I bought a Micromax Bolt-A65 on 24th June 2013, and since i purchased it has battery problem. Phone is drastically getting down by batterry. Once its reach at 70% of battery level it get switch off automatically, Then i have to recharge phone and use it, I went to service station of Faridabad – Cosmos Communication, Shop# 67, Huda Market, Sec-29, Faridabad-121001. They have returned it with DOA and asked to me to go shop and replace it but shop keeper is not ready to replace it and your service team is also denying and refuse to replace the mobile.

    All android phone (all smart phones in fact) consume very high battery. If you want good battery life then go for a basic nokia phone or basic samsung guru, etc. I am using an iphone and i am telling you that the battery reaches from 100% to 50% within one hour of usage. You can also save battery by closing background applications, trning of bluetooth, wifi, 3g etc.

    If your phone has a battery problem your battery will seem a bit fat or bulgy. otherwise the service center may not accept
