DELAY IN SERVICE ( COMPLAINT NO – 070212-404

Dear Sir / Madam

Last year I have bought Acer laptop from your Croma outlet at malad but dut to some problem motherboard of the lap was got damaged .I have given Lap to your service centre located at andheri – Mahakali Caves road ( Reverse Logistics ). I have given 2 weeks back but I still didnt received any reply from them.

First when I call there no one is picking the call

2 nd when I call last week Mr. Ketan who is executive over there he said I didnt received the same and he will call mew back within 2 days after the enquiry but I still not received any reply still yesterday then today from morning I try to call them and finally in evening there call is connected and he explained that there was an error in telephone lines.

ok I accept till now I suffer for 2 weeks but I still dont have any complaints but when today I spoken to Mr.Ketan he was speking me very roudly that he easily says that Co. has doesnt send the part so you have to wait also he didnt gave any committment that when he excetly received the part or when I will get my Lap back. Insted of understanding my problem he was telling me that escalte matter in toll free No. when I said him that please pass the line to your superior he said I am the main boss over here.

Sir look how he easily transfer the query of a customer to other as a complaint without solving my problem or without giving me any proper feedback he was passing his responsibilities on other look sir I am also in service industry but I know after sales service I know he is employee and he is having family and so I dont want kick on someone food I dont want to make complaints about him I am only consider with my Lap.

Also to note you that after that I call to toll Free no.that is also connected after half an hour and the receiver also without understanding my problem she passed the line to superior which also get disconnected. I alsotext sms on given no. but still there is no reply

Now then I really got irated what this sir without listning to the problem you are easily passing your responsiblities on other hand your employees spoiling your reputation. I want to buy another 2 Laptop for my cousins but after this I will not suggest this

I want my Lap before 20th July this month other wise I will go to cosumer forum for the same.
