Delay in Refund of cancelled ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was denied boarding by Jet Connect on 10th Oct at Delhi T3 terminal on a Delhi to Kolkata flight being 4/5 minutes late. Jet staffs were very rude, when I approach them for cancelling the ticket & processing the refund request. Each of them were showing others and I kept shuttling between Ticketing counter and boarding counter for more than 1.5 hour just to cancel the ticket. Finally, ticketing staff Vikas cancelled my ticket and informed me that I would get a refund of INR 6,352 in my account, which would be credited within 7/8 days in my account and no further action is required. This was confirmed by the Jet Call center executive 3/4 days later when I called them.
Since then, I have sent several emails to the Jet Airways guest relation department, help desk, nodal officer and head of guest relation…but, unfortunately, I rarely get any response from them. They responded me back that they would be looking into this only after 3/4 follow up emails each time. Even Jet airways’ nodal officer or guest relation head never bothered to response unless there are 2/3 followup emails from me.
After 4 weeks, I called up customer care again and figured out that, no action has been initiated by them on the refund processing and all the people so far emailed me were bluffing. All of them have informed me different versions of processing time of refund, in the range of 7 to 15 days.

Finally, this Monday, they intimated me that, INR 5,761 would be refunded to me and when I asked them why it is different from what they said earlier & their breakdown of charges also not matching with the ticket I have. They never replied me when I ask them to explain the breakdown for charges & taxes.

Additionally, it’s been 6 weeks running and I still didn’t get the refund amount in my account. I’m not sure how many days it would take or they would really refund the money to my account or not. They just ignore all the emails if at all they read.

So, I claim compensation to them for delay in refund processing, which they ignore and didn’t even bother to respond. So, I would like to request you to look into this urgently on the below issues…

1) Refund not credited to my A/C yet.
2) Rude behavior by the staffs.
3) False information and misguiding.
4) Delay in processing / action.
5) Lack of responsibility on replying email queries.
6) Mental harassment.

I would like to request you to take serious & urgent action on this to give me a fair justice. I’ve all the email correspondence with them, I can produce them if required. Please let me know, if you need any other information.
