I have ordered a product in Online shopping company named TIMTARA on the last 14th Nov’12. My order id no. 10353742 and my payment Rs. 17,300/- was successful via debit card.
Now, 46 days have been passed and i have registered a several reminder and hereabout 10 times call in the customer service in TIMTARA but no reply was coming from their end and they continue to delay in that process. Plz help me.
