My consumer No. 32463. Replacement order placed on 15-12-2010. Order Sr. No. 145. So far (05-01-2011) cylinder not delivered even after repeated telephonic enquiries. Agency claim that they came for delivery on 31-12-10, but my room was locked (no intimation from agent). However, I was very much in my house throughout the day. No body came for delivery of cylinder on 31/12/10. They also claim short supply of cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for emergent delivery of cylinder.
