I recently ordered a pair of reebok trainor shoes from www.snapdeal.com on 25th may 2013 . They told delivery will be within 2nd june , 13 by bluedart courier .They have mentioned that i can track my order with the bluedart official site i.e www.bluedart.com ! When i checkd it with my bluedart waybill number ‘59114677473’ , the status it shows ‘flight/train/vehicle – cancelled / delayed ‘ . But where as they have already picked up the product from New Delhi on 29th may , 13 where the product was available . I mean if this is the condition , then how can i get the order in time !
so please ! I want bluedart courier services to kindly look into the matter and treat it very seriously ! My number is 09040692407 . Atleast they need to tell me via phone when exactly will i be getting the order .
