After a long followup still my vodafone number is deactivate

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Hi,

I am Vijendra Karada. I am working in Accenture Pune. I register a new vodafone number (from one of vodafone executive who is running a stall in my office) its 7798842299 and submitted my all documents at same time. This no activated after 2 days and i forwarded this no to all of frnds and comp printed my business cards.

After 7 days my no automatically deactivated and reason was bcz i gave my guest house no so FI could’t.

I submitted my documents again to Same person and request to all executives for activate my no ASAP, but till now i’m suffering .

I request to A very senior person but still my number is not activated

Please advice me, i should go for consumer forum.
