I had ordered a travel cot from their online store on the 5th of this month and received a mail from them on 6th saying my courier has been shipped and the expected date of delivery is 11th of june. Today has come and gone. The courier has not come. The customer care told me the delay is because of monsoons, which is ridiculous because am sure the courier is not coming in a bullock cart. Also the customer care refused to connect me to a senior in the office with whom I was wanting to lodge a complaint. She kept assuring me that she has lodged a complaint against the courier co. and that there is nothing else they can do.
My grouse is the callous customer care, the delay in my order getting delivered and the lack of communication firstcry.com indulges in
