I courioued a packet to Patna, C.N. No. 3128474742 dated 5/7/12 to, Dwijendra Pandey, 330 Nehru Nagar Patna from Overnite Exprees agency based in East of Kailash. I was told that the packet will take maximum 48 hours to reach. When the packet not reached the destination in 98 hours (by 9/7/12) I followed up with them. initially they were very rude with me and were not ready to listen. After an argument they gave the number of patna office and I called on three numbers Mr. S.N. Singh 09835885352, Mr. Rashid 09334052148 ns Mr. Sushil 09386217580. I was assured that they will deliver the packet in the night on 9/7/12. I again called the the overnite express people on 10/7/12 and was told the packet has been delivered on 9/7/12. There sataus showed on 10/7/12 that the packet was stiil in transit. On future confrontation on 10/7/12 they told me the packet is delivered and we have the signature. I checked with my place and the packet was not delivered. On further conforntation they told me your address is wrong and if you follow more we will misplace it. This statement was given by Mr. Virender working in east of kailash branch his number is 7248787290. Till now the packet has not been delivered and I am at loss that what should I do.
Kindly look into the matter as the courier company is not taking the things seriously at all.
