we had 7 tickets of 3 tier AC in Bareilly-LTT express dated 07/7/2012 and we had to board the train from Agra. But our 3 tier AC coach was cancelled about which we were not informed. We came to know after the trained arrived at Agra. There were no announcements also. Then we had no option other then travelling in sleeper class. And nw the railway is not even refunding the money.
