Delay in connection installation after firm commitment from 4 days

Location/place: Mohali

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

No body answered our concern since 3 days. I have been trying calling Mr. Satish (Phone number : 09356458149) to get the connection installed. He said he will get it done on Friday (They haven’t installed on same day as per their committment), then he said on Saturday (Again they haven’t installed per their committment). I did called him to explain whats happening. He said shortage of material and man power. But i dont know why after firm commitment they are delaying this. He again committed on Monday but yesterday as well no body from Reliance came to install the connection. Today is Tuesday, and they again promised for installation between 10-12 PM. They are not picking the call and no body came to install the connection as promised. We already have paid 1300 (Installation charges plus rental) and got our number (1723312604) but services haven’t been provided yet.

I am getting frustrated really. Can some one confirm me when will i get my connection installed.
