delay in bill updated

i m having a postpaid connection (number 9864560050). i have paid my bill amount of rs 400.00 in MEGHBIN TELECOM a outlet of reliance customer care at bijoynagar(uparhali)on 03-07-2012. but till this moment my bill amount is not updated in my account. on other hand simontenously i got messageses nd ph call for non payment. they also provide me a money recept.
