Delay on delivery & total rude behavior without reason

This is in regard to unnecessary repeated harrsment by the frontline as well as helpline executive while dealing. My indane gas account 27227 got deactivated. I have successfully submited all the document & received confirmation text statingthe account is active on 28th Jan 2015. As the accout was active, I have booked a refill on the same day & also received the confirmation on the same. I am still waiting for the gas to deliver. I have spoken with anexecutive last week & the person confirmed that it will be deliveried within 2 days. As I haven’t received my refill I called the customer care today & I am informed that my account is still not activated & I need visit their office with all corresponding document. This is a complete jerk, mis leading, not providing promissed service & unnecessary harassment. Please look into this as its going on for years now.
