I had purchase TATA Voltas AC on 12th June 2011 via invoice no. SLF02A032020007524 from croma store. While purchasing AC I was informed that if i opt for extended warranty service, my all problems will be taken care off within 48 hrs. I had lodged a complaint on 25th May , complaint no. 83925, But till date nothing has been done for
Engineers visited on Monday (27th May) and since they were not carrying GAS, they could not rectify Gas leakage from compressor.
Further, due to GAS leakage, display panel is also damaged due to which remote control is not working. I was informed by visiting engineers that it will take minimum of 7 days to rectify display panel thing.
Today (29th May) i received call from Mr Yususf, who seems to be service head of Delhi Region, he informed it will take a week to resolve the problem.
