The executive has changed the speaker with duplicate one, and the speaker problem still persist. On re-raising the complaint, now the executive “partho”, is delaying the matter and not receiving the calls.
He says he will come tomorrow to collect the laptop but tomorrow never came.
I am asking them from 11-May-2013, its being 18 days, he is keeping me on hold saying that he will come tomorrow.
My laptop is completely damaged, it effects my work and time.
