I was a happy customer of ‘Kent RO Grand’ (Unit Serial # 080850558) since 2008 and turned loyal to Kent while I enjoyed this model till 2015 . My loyalty was not without result, I did not had any major problem requiring replacement of major parts like RO membrane or Motor failure till as late as 2014.
To reward Kent with Loyalty, I went ahead and bought ’Kent Supreme’(Unit Serial #1508008822) on 4th of November 2015 with a lot of hope and expected delight in the hope that Kent has matured as a company and its product portfolio. However, much to my dismay I got worse results and my hope shattered like nine pins. When I purchased this new model, I got iron remover installed as per the advice of Kent’s maintenance staff , however, my joy was short-lived and only after 3-4 months, I started getting headaches every alternate week. The Kent technicians have come more than 6 times to solve various problems like the bursting of membrane, damaging of filter and motor etc. The vital parts got damaged in a span of less than six months and I wonder what would happen once warranty period is over. Additionally, time passes now in days/weeks with Kent Supreme while it used to pass in years with old model – Kent RO grand.
I would want a replacement of this unit as soon as possible to relieve myself from the agony I am going through. Hope to hear from you soon to reinstate the respect I had for Kent.
Please help me in getting the KENT system replaced.
