I have purchased a shoe couple of weeks back from a local shoe house where sellers had given commitment of 3 months of replace warranty . Now within a month of time shoe is getting tored from upword portion. While going to replace that they are saying it cant be replaced bcause warranty is applicable on sole pasting only. They ignored to take back even by giving lame excuses .however by forceful arguement they kept that shoe with them and given us 10 days of time and also quoted we cant do anything but still we will see. Frankly speaking i m oprimistic abt their initiative and very dissapointed with their approach. They dont even give us any alternate option .please help on this n expecting a fruitful solution .my no.9051012431
