Dear Sir,
I moumita kundu a resident of north 24pgns Ichapore ,kolkata,purchased a IFB washing machine from great eastern Barrackpore on july 17th ,from 1st day onwards this machine is troubling,now it is in warranty period ,I have lodged complain n my complain id is-9281922
customer id is -3482954
IFB model no AW6501.But repeated complain no one is bother to visit and check the problem,every time they say we will check we will see,we will send,and I called up greast eastern people also for this but got same response from them.
please guide us what to do next?
