Myself Vasim Shaikh from Ahmedabad, my user-id is 1100797145 and i have taken an internet connection from Tikona Digital Networks Broadband form many years till date. According to my plan the speed should be 700kbps but i am getting only up to 340kbps.I’m pay tikona 750/- Rs. per month for Unlimited Plan speed 700kbps not for (speed 340 to 300kbps). Please notice that i have said that up to 700kbps and many times it use to be below that.and so many time can’t get log in page …. Please Do Some Needful and I request to take some action on them. they should not make fool of the customers by saying a high speed and giving a very poor speed.
