I brought the mobile on 26.6.2014 at poorvika mobiles chennai .
First repair : 12.7.2014
The mobile got dead on 10.07.2014 and I gave it for servicing at poorvika -peravallur branch chennai where I bought this Mobile. They checked it and nothing happened so they logged a complain with micromax to have this repaired . Then After more then a week the mobile was repaired -Mother Boad was changed and given back to me .
Even before one month of usage the mother boad got dead.
Then in August the charger did not work so had to run back to the service center directly and get another charger .
Then in September again the mobile got dead.
Second repair : 15.9.2014
Again the mobile was dead and till date it is lying very safe with the service center .
I paid close to 9000 rs for this tab and have not even used this mobile for a whole month at a stretch .
I gave this mobile for repair on September 15 and since them I keep following up with the service center jut to know that spare parts are not available.
Tired of the response they give I logged this ticket on 29th October and I was told that a resolution will be given within a month and in the course of the one month period I kept following up.
I called the customer care last week of nov(28th ) and I was told that I will get by tab repaired and delivered by 3rd of December .
No progress so far, When I spoke to the service center people last week they said that they are going to send this Mobile to Bangalore which is the next level of escalation .
However nothing seems to be happening, the help line number of micromax is not reachable most of the time and every time call up the service center they say that spare parts are not available .
By the end of December I visited the service center and was shocked to find the service center itself was closed and I have no clue if it has been relocated to some other place .
So on December 29th I wrote a email to micromax customer care mail I’d and like always there is no response.
Today again I have logged a complaint with the customer care and they are asking me to wait for another 15days as they have forwarded the call to the respective department .
The tab is in the service center right from September 2014 and no body from micromax have come forward to resolve the issue .!!!!!!
I WANT A REPLACEMENT a mobile that is worth my money and not a toy . Rs 9000 is not a easy money you people and you can’t sell crap . Take back that damaged toy tab and give me something worthy.
