I have ordered a CDMA mobile phone from Whaaky .com. I had received defective product which is not functioning at all. The details of order and product are: –

I tried many time to register my complaint on 040-66228282 the only contact no. available at the companies website, but there was nobody to answer my call.
I had mailed the issue on [email protected] through [email protected], but there was no reply for the same.
As per the mail received from whaaky i had sent the defective mobile to the designated address, the same has been delivered also. But there was no confirmation of receiving the product from the end of whaaky nor they have initiated any process to refund my amount.
