AMC taken but failed to give ,

This Guy is a big time fraudulent .They don’t have any company’s authorized service dealership but claim they have.
He has taken money to give AMC services for my Kent purifier on 11-05-2015 .The next service due was 11-11-2015 and till 17-12 -2015 when i called him he was not sure about the the pending services .
on 17th when i called he gave me assurance to check and get back to me and till 24th i was chasing him for my services where he told me he was out of town(this way they give services). Please help me against their service apathy and harassment to me .
