Dear Sir,

I purchased a mobile set Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos {B 5512} from the following dealer

M/s. Crystal Connections

Bangalore

The handset was purchased by me on 17.06.2012.
The very next day I was facing the problem that the instrument was getting off frequently and for switching ON, I had to remove the battery and insert it back.
I handed over the set to the Show room person Mr. Ahmad (Mbl. 9845123990) and after two days they returned me back saying that the problem is rectified.
I also believed and accepted the same and to my surprise, I started facing the same problem.
Again I had to hand over the set on 24.06.2012.

After some repair, they gave it back. but the problem was repeating.

Third time I returned it to service centre and this time I demanded for new mobile.

Now they are telling, they have repalced mother board.
But I am not ready accept it as the brand new mobile was having so many problems and requested for new mobile.

Even after 45 days, they have not settled my problem and no repsonse from cutomer care.

I had to spent lot of my vaulable time behind this problem.
I had faced lot of inconvenience, as I was out of station and the mobile was defective

Kindly help me in getting new mobile and compensation for losing my vaulabe time mental harrasment.
