Defective handset and deficient services

I had purchased a Micromax Canvas HD A116 model mobile phone (IMEI No. 911304250098948, 911304250353947) about a month ago from ezoneonline.com worth Rs. 15,750/- and within a month of its usage, the display screen stopped working. I have submitted my phone in M/S Satyam Communications Service Center in Noida for replacement of display on 10.05.2013 and they informed me it will take 15 working days. On 29.05.2013, I am being told that it will take another 7 working days or even more than that because the company does not have adequate spare parts to replace my phone’s display screen. On June 05,2013 when i contacted them again, I am being told that they will revert back to me in 6-7 days. Its been 26 days since I’ve deposited my handset for repair however, i didn’t get satisfactory response from the Company.

Consequently, I have arranged for a standby phone worth Rs. 1800 from Spice Mobile for my day to day use.
I want cash refund for my phone immediately and damages for the undue delay caused in replacing the screen. Also, I want to recover Rs. 1800 that I paid in purchasing the new Spice mobile phone.
