A JOB CONSULTANCY NAMED CLICK2RESUME CHEATED AN AMOUNT OF RS. 10830.00 ( RUPEES TEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY ) FROM ME BY GIVING ME A FALSE INFORMATION. BUT WHEN I UNDERSTOOD AND CLAIM MY MONEY THEN THEY ARE NOT AGREEING TO REFUND BACK MY MONEY.

Here is to inform you that, the mail given by me ([email protected]) to click2resume ([email protected])regarding my payment refund on dt.21.05.2013 at 10.47pm.And I had send two reminders to click2resume ([email protected])on dt.23.05.2013 at 10.10pm and dt.03.06.2013 at 10.25am but they are doing nothing and not giving any positive response. The mail given by me to click2resume ([email protected])is cited below.

Here is to inform you that, I am a jobseeker of Times Jobs.My profile is under processing.

On 17th May’ 2013 i had received calls from click2resume (Phone:01206183800) regarding Job Offer. Mr. Shailash Singh (Senior Team) from click2resume contacted me and told me that on behalf of Times Jobs he is talking with me because my profile has been completed by Times Jobs and the Final verification is handed over to them and now onwards they would look after the matter & also wanted to know the payment details which was made by me to Times Jobs.Then Click2Resume was forcing me to make the final payment immediately for Final Processing. Then i made a Payment of Rs. 5465.00 to click2resume through online (Referred By: C2R6) by using State Bank Debit Card and then they provide me Order No. C2R138756. Another amount of Rs. 5365.00 is paid to click2resume through online (Referred By:C2R6) by using Hdfc Debit Card and then they provide me Order No. C2R138792. On the same day, Mr. Shailash Singh asked me to send my Resume to [email protected] &[email protected] & also asked to send the Highest Qualification Marksheet, Highest Qualification Certificate, Appointment Letter of Current Company to [email protected]. According to his requirement i had sent the documents.

On 17th May, i had got a mail from [email protected] against order mail from website order id # C2R138792. They wanted me to send the following documents.

(i) Letter of Consent signed (scan copy), Template attached.

(ii) Education details.

(iii) Employment details.

In this respect i have mailed Curriculum Vitae, Final Diploma Marksheet, Diploma Certificate and Appointment Letter of Current Company to [email protected] and [email protected] on 20th May’ 2013.

Today, i have received some calls from Mr. Amit Singha and asked me when i would be available online because i have to upload some documents. Once he handed over the call to Verification Department and Mr. Sohail Kumar from verification department told me that i have to pay finally an amount of Rs.15,600.00 to Click2Resume through online for completion of processing otherwise he would be unable to forward my complete profile to the Clients. He informed me about two vacancies in Healthcare Sector like Fortis Hospital & Max Hospital and then i told him i am seeking the job at Oil & Gas, Power Sector. He also asked they have some vacancies in Oil & Gas Sector. Then a doubt arised in my mind that they don’t know in which field i am seeking the job. So, something is going wrong and i made a call to Times Jobs and enquired about Click2Resume. Times Jobs informed me that they have no relation with Click2Resume and why did i made the payment to Click2Resume on 17th May’ 2013 and told me to stop the further payment and recover my money. So, all these things happened with me as Click2Resume has created a blunder to me. They had given totally false information which is illegal, unlawful, injustise.

Kindly refund the amount of Rs. 10,830.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Only.) in my account because i never called to Click2Resume regarding job on my own as i am not a jobseeker of Click2Resume and i never heard about Click2Resume before. My account details is given below.

almost same happened to me today, first i paid rs. 2000 ( initially it was all amount i was supposed to pay for processing) under resume flash then they asked again for resume services under same package but from different column and i paid rs. 6703 but then again they asked for rs. 4548 saying it is 3rd step but service name was same and i had already paid for those services, so i refused to pay more, then they said you are not co-operating , i asked for refund but they denied. have you got any refund, we need to take this matter to the police, how should i complain or register FIR for online fraud.
