Dear sir,
I have purchased blackberry curve 8520 mobile for Rs. 6087 fully paid as on 17.09.2014 from Rediff.com india limited online shopping. I found that the Mobile handset is not genuine, body of handset is duplicate, led indicator is not genuine, track pad not functioned, box was not sealed with its original blackberry seal, it is defective and poor quality product. I thoroughly verified this phone from service center of blackberry and blackberry Web site they said this is duplicate product manipulation has been done from the seller.
I have done many mails regarding this issue to rediff.com and talk to customer support assistant but they are not responding to get back their product and refund my money. Kindly please help me TO refund my money and take necessary action.
